Remote Managed Service Option
The Provider will make available, via the Internet, the following services show below. Customer is responsible for maintaining operational network access to the server for the Provider. This pricing is based on the system that is deployed.
Remote Managed Service Option includes:
- Install updates to system software and new versions as released
- Install updates to application software
- Security audits for the server (virus protection)
- Additional remote services provided at an hourly rate are as follows:
- Create message templates and message schedules
- Define users and build work groups
- Manage access authorization
- Remote Managed Service Option items are addressed from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. EST Monday through Friday.
