  • MessageNet Emergency Security & Alerting (MESA) wireless buttons and monitoring devices are economical and simple to use. They send messages to devices such as pagers and LED signs etc.
  • MESA is web based technology that runs on your Intranet/LAN or across the internet if desired. Both Internet Explorer and Netscape are supported.
  • With MESA wireless buttons, motion detectors, window & door open detectors and other wireless devices all send signals to communication devices.
  • MESA allows you to develop specialized security applications customized to your organizations needs. If desired, MessageNet Systems will modify the applications or develop new custom security applications for your organization.
  • The messages sent by the wireless buttons and sensor devices can be automatically changed by time of day or day of week etc. One or more messages can be sent based on a single event.
  • When an emergency is detected information can be sent to individuals via pagers and phones while PC's, electronic signs, and intercom/PA systems deliver different public versions of the messages.
  • Weather Alert, Fire Alarm and other public warning systems can communicate directly with Silent Messenger to automatically announce their alerts and alarms over the intercom systems and display them on electronic signs and pagers.
  • MESA provides a record of all messages sent, and all buttons pushed. The archives provide a searchable record of all events indicating who pressed the button or stopped the message and when the event occurred.
  • The wireless buttons are highly reliable devices with 1 to 3 year of battery life. The buttons are simple to use, have no on/off switch and are always ready for use. The system will automatically communicate when batteries are low or the button is out of range or out of wireless data receivers.
  • Alarms and messages sent from persons wearing wireless buttons can be sent to many devices at the same time such as PC's, telephones, intercom systems, and alarm systems.
  • Because MESA delivers messages to your security department as well as to devices near the location of the emergency you achieve the fastest possible response times from your staff.
  • MESA can also provide a copy of the alert message to email boxes. Messages can be sent over the internet or intranets to electronic signs, and PC's even to outside security organizations if desired.
  • Alarms and messages can also be delivered to telephones, intercom systems, PA systems, and alarm systems. The MESA server has the capability to dial telephone numbers and access codes and then speak the message to the listeners. MESA additionally "pops" windows on PC's and scrolls security alert messages across the PC screens.
  • Alarm messages shown on electronic signs and PC's can be stopped using wireless buttons, web browsers, and phones if the user has been given the required authority.
