Extended Service
The Extended Service Option extends software support hours to a 24 hour 7 day a week service support. This service is designed to provide extend support hours by technical support personnel toward resolving problems critical to the function of the MessageNet product and critical to the customer mission. This pricing is based on the system that is deployed.
    MessageNet Systems Extended Service includes:
  • Items addressed consist of support for problem resolution to the critical functioning of the system
  • Problems with the Operating System that prevent server software from functioning
  • Problems with the MessageNet server software that prevents functioning of previously functioning services
  • Attempt to restore the Operating System configuration and parameters
  • Re-install Operating System (factory condition)
