Support Overview:

We at IPN Data Solutions are serious about providing our customers with the very best in timely, expert service and support to help ensure their digital signage systems are always functioning at optimum levels.

Hardware Support:

The ChyTV hardware is covered under a 1 year manufacturer’s warranty. If anything at all happens the unit is returned to the manufacturer and ChyTV will repair/replace based on situation.

IPN Data Solutions offers a Loaner program to extend that warranty and to protect you against prolonged downtime. Under our Loaner program within 24 hours from the time we are notified IPN Data Solutions will ship to the end user a new device to replace the old device. Then IPN Data Solutions will process the return/repair of the defective unit. Please ask for more details on our Loaner program.

Software Support:

IPN Data Solutions offers a minimum of 1 hour of train the trainer content programming training to all customers. Over and above that initial training we offer content management and creation services on a case by case basis. Our consultants will work with you to design the program that fits you best.
